Terms & Conditions for Students

The ICT Training Institute Management is the supreme body. It functions according to the rules laid down by the Board of Directors (BOD).
• Return the enrollment from to ICT Trainings after completing it along with 2 recent passport size photograph and copy of CNIC.
• All enrollments subject to acceptance as per ICT admission policy.
• All dues paid / payable to ICT Training Institute are non-refundable.
• Each student will adhere to the rules, to maintain proper discipline in the institute premises.
• Each student is bound to exhibit proper code of conduct to his / her teachers and other management staff.
• The option to freeze a particular course would apply only if all dues are paid in full. Once allowed, a frozen program must be resumed within 3 months of freezing the program.
• Name of the student shall be struck off the roll, if he/she misses six (6) consecutive classes without a valid reason, all such cases shall be entertained via re-admission policy and/or approval from BOD.
• Training Completion Certificate will be awarded to those students only who have:
• Attended the training program completely (at least 90% attendance).
• Earned more than 60% marks in internal exam.
• Please use both locks for Bike safety. We are not responsible for any loss.
